I’ve been designing for my friend’s line Mental Wealth and we’ve been hustling to make a name for ourselves. The work is slowly paying off but we have miles and miles to go!
Today Mental Wealth was featured on Hypebeast. For those of you who know, you just know. For those of you who don’t, it’s basically a better blog than this one;)
Let’s face it. There’s so much going on out there any blogger won’t be able to catch everything “on time”. Not even the big time blog sites.
This is the first edition of “How come I never seen this before!”.
I caught this really dope commercial for Discovery Channel. Cameos from Mike Rowe (”Dirty Jobs”), Dilated Peoples (I’m pretty sure..), tibetan monks, and Stephen Hawking! This is a really sick commercial that actually made me agree: The World is Just Awesome.
Reason I’m Late: I don’t watch too much TV but obviously I’m picking it back up again.. it’s cold outisde!
Finally a finished photo of the “KWLV’s”. Although they’re not the white joints we’ve been seeing all over the place I personally LOVE the color RED right now. DON’T PLAY IT OUT.
Girl is releasing decks inspired by the upcoming live-action portrayal of the famous children’s book Where The Wild Things Are. Directed by Spike Jonze.
I love the Blazers but for some reason never copped a pair. My first preference is not the high-top so that might be the conflict. Here we have the perfect solution…. and straps!
Arnaud was born in Calabasas California in 1980. His father, Guillame Azoulay, was a world renowned artist himself making Arnaud born into the art world. The family moved to Los Angeles when Arnaud was 13 years of age. He studied a wide range of arts including performing arts and music. Arnaud made the move to New York in 2002 and made a living solely through his artistic talents. In 2006 he made the journey back to Los Angeles and is now living in West Hollywood working his way to becoming an accomplished artist.
I’m a pretty big Bruce Lee fan so if I haven’t seen this then a lot of people probably haven’t. This is apparently a screen test for The Green Hornet (don’t quote me, YouTube ain’t the most reliable. A tv series that got cancelled because of a society that wasn’t ready for an Asian star. RIP Bruce, my #1 idol (aside from you, dad!).
